Vesh Deshmukh, Founder and CEO
As the founder and CEO, Vesh is a product management and engineering leader bringing over 12 years of highly specialized experience in aerospace, defense, and strategic consulting. His career is defined by driving complex, high-stakes programs at the pinnacle of the industry. He currently serves as a Senior Technical Product Manager at Boeing, holding a Top Secret Security Clearance while steering software and hardware roadmaps for P-8A Poseidon fighter aircraft simulation systems. His extensive defense background also includes managing cutting-edge programs at Northrop Grumman, such as the James Webb Space Telescope, Ford-class aircraft carriers, and Virginia-class submarines. Vesh brings elite strategic discipline from his time at PwC Strategy&, where he successfully advised private equity clients on complex M&A transactions.
Backed by an MBA from University of California - Berkeley and an MS in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Florida, Vesh pairs the rigorous methodology of the corporate structure with a distinctly entrepreneurial mindset. His firsthand understanding of the airspace ecosystem ensures that Arch Velocity delivers guidance that isn't just experienced and capable, but genuinely innovative and forward-thinking—pushing daring ideas forward in ways others simply will not.
